Chicago - Indoor
Photos from five of the main attractions of Chicago that are included in the CityPass: two museums, aquarium, planetarium and Hancock's Tower
- Museum of Science and Industry, for me Chicago's most interesting museum
- Bodyworlds 2: a really amazing exhibit of human anatomy made by the process of plastination from real human bodies! I have never seen something like that before. Unfortunately taking pictures was prohibited:-( See www.bodyworlds.com and don't miss it if it's somewhere near you!!! For illustration I'm attaching pics from their website.

- History: Apart from stunning views, Hancock's Tower also features a small exhibit about Chicago's history. Few examples:
Map of Chicago from 1830 - it seems there was a deep forest in place of our hotel;-)

Some things that were first introduced or invented in Chicago: e.g. skyscrapers, zipper, lie detector or roller skates
[views: 122/0/0]- Adler's Planetarium: a bit boring
- Adler's Planetarium: after seeing the Museum of Science and Industry and Museum of Science in Baltimore, MD, Adler's Planetarium is a bit boring. Exhibits are kind of childish and not original and the cinematic show about Black holes is great for a nap, like most shows in planetariums:-). The exhibit about history of astronomy saves it a bit, but...

One of the first planetariums: it's an iron sphere with tiny holes that depict star constellations. You sit in a small carriage, it takes you inside and after a while your eyes adjust and you see the night sky view;-)

Legenda: čísla u views znamenají: počet shlédnutí / kolika lidem se foto líbí / počet komentářů
The numbers after views represent: how many views the respective photo had / how many people like it / number of comments...
